1 General Terms & Conditions

Q44 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the q44 website (https://q44.fun) and its services.

2 Account Policy

• Each person may register only one account — if multiple accounts are detected from the same device, IP address, or phone number, all will be closed.

3 Betting Rules

• Minimum deposit: BDT 300
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 3–15 minutes (after KYC verification).
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must be the same account.
• Under our anti-money laundering policy, additional verification may be required for large transactions.

Q44 is not liable for transaction delays caused by technical issues, banking delays, or third-party payment providers. However, our support team is available around the clock to assist with any payment-related concerns.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Q44 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

• The welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxies to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.

• If bonus abuse is established, all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.

6 Responsible Gaming

If there are valid funds in the account at the time of closure and no rule violations have been established, those funds will be returned after verification is completed.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours.

• In the event of a Sports Betting result dispute, the official result of the relevant match will be considered final.
• In the event of a casino game dispute, the game server logs will serve as the definitive evidence.
• Disputes must be reported within 72 hours of the incident — submissions made after this window may not be accepted.

10 Changes to Terms & Enforcement

Q44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. A notice will be posted on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms were last updated in January 2026.
